Five Months, Five Milestones

Hired new Chief Administrative Officer Dennis Sprenkle;

Signed first set of clients in LouCity, Racing Louisville and San Diego SC;

Broke attendance records for both Louisville clubs at Lynn Family Stadium; 

Recruited, hired a new business intelligence manager to support Louisville clubs’ sales efforts 

Orlando, Florida (September 2, 2022) — Quantum Sports + Entertainment Group, a new agency dedicated to delivering results in enterprise solutions, talent management and client representation, officially opened its doors in March 2022. Since then, the agency has secured five major milestones in five months of operations, including growing its staff and client base.

Quantum has signed three clients since launching—two clubs in the USL Championship with Louisville City FC (LouCity) and San Diego Loyal SC and Racing Louisville in the National Women’s Soccer League (NWSL). The agency has led these organizations to reach key milestones, including breaking their own attendance records. On Aug. 13, LouCity welcomed their largest crowd in team history with 14,673 fans at Lynn Stadium. Nearly two weeks later on Aug. 27, Quantum supported the sales and marketing efforts for their NWSL counterpart, Racing Louisville, in setting their own stadium record with 8,729 fans. 

Quantum also leveraged its talent management recruiting power by helping the Louisville organization hire an in-house business intelligence manager to support future sales and marketing goals.

Most recently, Quantum has strengthened its Talent Management vertical by welcoming experienced human resources professional Dennis Sprenkle as its Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) to lead talent search, leadership development training, HR advisory services and the administration and growth of Quantum’s unique TalentQ platform. 

Sprenkle most recently served as SVP of Human Resources at Inter Miami CF in Major League Soccer (MLS), where he played a key role in launching the global franchise and supporting its soccer stadium and training facility expansion projects. He built HR and administrative functions, as well as hired and on-boarded over 120 full-time team members for the commercial and technical sides of the business. Prior to Inter Miami, he was among the first employees hired for Orlando City SC, one of MLS’s first expansion projects in decades in 2015—leading their hiring, on-boarding and training processes. Before joining the sports and entertainment industry, Sprenkle spent numerous years working in human capital management, supporting Fortune 2000 companies, government contractors and the federal government.
